Q.
I think I am having technical issues. I cannot seem to enter a code or view a page. What should I do?
A.
Sometimes it is a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to be sure you have the latest Flash player (it is free!) and check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
Q.
I have more than 2 codes to enter. Why can’t I enter more than 2 codes per month?
A.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions, "Participants can only enter two (2) codes every calendar month during the Offer Period." After a calendar month ends, you will then be able to enter codes again.
Q.
I have several boxes with the same code. What should I do?
A.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions, "Participants can enter the same code two (2) times during the Offer Period.” From time to time, the same code numbers can appear on more than two boxes. If this is the case, please take ONE of the two steps below.
1) Mail or scan/email your original receipt with date and proof of purchase for all boxes purchased.
- OR -
2) Mail the physical UPC codes cut from all boxes purchased.

Q.
When I entered a code, I got an error message that stated the code was invalid. What should I do?
A.
Please be sure you are selecting the correct box of color and shade. Then make sure you are entering the 5 or 6 digit code, exactly as shown on your developer bottle. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lower case letters where applicable. Also, you want to be sure there are no spaces before or after the code. If it is still invalid, please email us with the code you are trying to enter, the product name and color and the approximate date in which you were trying to enter it.

How and when will I receive my coupon?
A.
Physical coupons will be sent to you via mail. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks from your last credit and receipt of mailing address to receive your coupon.
Q.
Once I register, how will my information be used?
A.
Your information is primarily used to contact you if you have earned a coupon, and if you sign up to receive emails from us. See our privacy policy for complete details.
Q.
Why cannot I use my P.O. Box address on the coupon redemption form?
A.
Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
Q.
I do not see my boxes of hair color at the bottom. Did my codes disappear?
A.
When you enter 5 codes to fill a punch card, you will receive a coupon for a free L’Oréal Paris Hair Color product. After you enter 5 codes, your punch card will reset to zero so you can fill one more punch card. NOTE: The maximum times that you can fill a punch card is twice (10 codes) during the promotion period. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details on how to receive the offer. Which color type is best for me? How do I use the product? I can’t find a product. Product suggestions and complaints.
A.
